Leadership: Developing the Leader In You and Others, Complete Two-Part Series
Leading is determined not by position, but by knowledge, skill and attitude. This two-part seminar series will help you understand leadership and how to develop it in yourself and others. It will also help you distinguish among producing, managing and leading. You will learn how to move further into both the managing and leading functions, especially the latter. Participants receive a detailed handout on which the seminar will draw. The handout includes references to articles, books, e-newsletters, websites, and other self-study materials. Part I of this seminar will take place on Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2008 at noon to 1pm, Eastern Time. Part II of this seminar will take place on Wednesday, Oct. 8, 2008 at noon to 1pm, Eastern Time.
