Updated: October 29, 2021 at 12:22 p.m. ET

In response to the global outbreak of the coronavirus (COVID-19), ASCE is committed to reducing the risk of adverse health impacts to the thousands of ASCE members, guests and staff that participate in numerous ASCE committee meetings, conferences, and events. In addition to urging that business be conducted via teleconference or videoconference whenever possible, we have reviewed and updated our event policies and procedures. In our commitment to holding an event where everyone feels safe, we have developed an attendee policy concerning COVID-19. Please visit the Health & Safety page on the conference site for details.

Our event hotels and other venues, including the ASCE offices in Reston and Washington, D.C., are implementing recommended protocols from health officials to ensure the health and safety of our exhibitors and attendees. These protocols include enhanced cleaning and disinfecting practices, operating with a heightened sense of awareness and taking relevant health and safety measures.

We encourage you to check the website of the venue for specific information related to a hotel or meeting site.
