He works with the Department of Public Works & Transportation at Louisville‐Jefferson County Metro Government in Louisville, Kentucky. He also serves as an adjunct instructor in the Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering at the University of Louisville, Kentucky. Brandon is actively engaged in research on traffic simulation modeling, traffic signal operations and analysis, the integration of emerging technologies with existing traffic infrastructure, and highway safety improvement projects. He is a registered professional engineer in the commonwealth of Kentucky.
