Moorings Subcommittee

The purpose of the Moorings Sub-Committee of the COPRI Marine Renewable Energy Committee is to provide mooring and anchoring expertise to the Committee. The Sub-Committee collects, studies and disseminates information on open ocean and sheltered waters moorings, relating to their planning, design, installation, operation, inspection, maintenance, environmental impact, economics, reliability and navigational issues.The sub-committee coordinates its activities through the Marine Renewable Energy Committee, other subcommittees and other ASCE committees as appropriate.
