Cancellation by ASCE
If ASCE must cancel a guided online course due to insufficient enrollment, your registration fee will be refunded in full.
Cancellation by Customer
Cancellations must be emailed to
ondemandlearning@asce.org and include registrant's name, confirmation number, and name/date of the course. If you cancel 7 business days or less prior to the course start date, no refund/credit/transfers will be issued. You may transfer your registration to another registrant with no penalty up until the first day of the course (price differential will be charged if a non-member is replacing a member). Transfer may be used only one time, no multiple transfers allowed.
CEUs/PDHs/Certificates
1.0 Continuing Education Unit (CEU) equals 10 Professional Development Hours (PDHs) of instruction. A CEU certificate is available to each person successfully completing a course and a permanent record remains on file with ASCE.
To obtain your certificate, following completion of the course, visit
myLearning. In the myCourses section, locate the course you attended and select "Access". Once all videos are viewed, and exams taken and passed, your PDHs/CEUs will be recorded in your transcript. Courses must be completed within 14 days of the end date. Adobe PDF Reader is needed to print a certificate.
Facilitator Substitution
ASCE reserves the right to substitute an equally qualified facilitator for any course should unforeseen circumstances arise.
Registrations
Registration will be open for up to two weeks after course start date.
Copyright
Reproduction of course materials without written permission of the copyright holder is in violation of the U.S. law.
Licensing
ASCE has been accredited as an Authorized Provider by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET). In addition, ASCE follows NCEES guidelines on continuing professional competency. Since continuing education requirements for P.E. license renewal vary from state to state, we strongly recommend that individuals regularly check the state registration board(s) for their specific continuing education requirements that affect P.E. licensure and the ability to renew licensure.
Payment Information
Mail checks to ASCE Continuing Education Dept., P.O. Box 79162, Baltimore, MD 21279-0162. If paying by credit card, please register online.
