Registration Rates for ERYMC
- The registration rate of $300 (Early Bird) is available through November 24, 2023.
- Starting November 25, registration changes to the Advanced rate of $350. The deadline for the Advanced rate is December 15, 2023.

To obtain our group discount price, your delegate must make reservations with the hotel before Thursday, January 4th, 2024, by calling 1-305-261-3800. The sleeping room rate is $249.00 per night for a single or double occupancy.
Arriving in Miami

Younger Member group representatives who serve as the (1) voting delegate for their group will be eligible for reimbursement if they participate in the YMC programming and vote at the Business Meeting. If participating and representing an area that doesn’t have an established YM group (but does have a Section or Branch group), there is typically an expectation that they are in the process of forming a Younger Member group or will soon.
Reimbursable travel fees are capped at a maximum of $350. There is also the per diem included of $175 provided for both days.
