An introduction and a general overview of a first-of-its-kind Precast Modular Block (PMB) design manual for gravity walls, this session will include the motivation behind the creation of the manual and its objective as well as suggestions on how it can be used. An example calculation will also be provided using the skewed back of wall method described in the manual to analyze the pressures at the back of a PMB wall composed of different size modules.
