is an applied economist and vice president of Economics at Impact Infrastructure, makers of Autocase software. He leads the economic research program and advisory practice. He also helps to optimize the company's automated business case evaluation tools, focusing on the infrastructure and real estate sectors. Eric works with clients who wish to customize Autocase products as well as those that wish to create unique solutions and insights for their organizations using state-of-the-art economic, financial, and risk analysis concepts. Clients include building owners and developers, architecture and engineering firms, and governments at all levels. His firm's primary goal is to create a standardized suite of business case analysis tools to promote the development of more sustainable and resilient communities.
