Attending Structures Congress 2019 as a Young Professional Scholarship recipient was a worthwhile experience which has opened so many doors for me to increase my involvement with SEI. I highly encourage fellow young professionals to apply to attend as Structures Congress is the annual opportunity where over 1,200 fellow structural engineers from across the United States and abroad are in one place. The opportunities I have had through both ASCE and SEI have helped me grow professionally and personally which have contributed to my success as an early-career engineer."
