Executive Committee

CHARGE: The Executive Committee shall exercise such part of the authority of the Board of Direction as delegated and permitted under applicable law and the Society's governing documents. The Executive Committee shall be oversight-based, having detailed responsiblities such as monitoring day-to-day operations, overseeing details of financial management, coordinating/ implementing the actions of the Board of Direction and communicating results/progress to the Board of Direction and to the Society membership. ORGANIZATION: The Executive Committee shall consist of the President, the Past President, the President-elect, and the four (4) Vice Presidents.
