      TC to Revise Guidelines for Instrumentation and Measurements for Monitoring Dam Performance

      Purpose: New and improved instruments andmethods of measurement have evloved since the publication of the Guidelines for Instrumentation and Measurements for Monitoring Dam Performance in 2000. Also new are approaches to how measurements are used to estimate dam behavior and safety. The purpose of the second edition is to bridge the 10-year gap by adding new techniques to the existing body of knowledge.
