Vision Statement

As a Civil Engineer and Educator, I am committed to the betterment of the Civil Engineering Profession and the American Society of Civil Engineers. I am committed to education, diversity, inclusion and sustainability. As a Region 1 Director, I will respect our differences and will lead by example. I will work tirelessly to transform Region 1, to make it more visual, vibrant and engaging. I will advocate for our sections and branches and build upon ASCE's core values to ensure that Civil Engineers are recognized as leaders.
