Vision Statement

It's a great honor to be nominated to this position. As Governor, it gives me an opportunity to be a positive influence and advocate for the next generation of civil engineers, from the engineering students entering the workforce to the kindergarten students that like to play with Legos. It allows me to continue to advance the civil engineering community and profession. I will continue to represent the Commonwealth of Virginia and Region 4 in a manner that will be inspiring and have a lasting legacy.

  • 14+ years of experience in Roadway/Transportation and Site Development
  • Currently at Pennoni in our Virginia Beach office
