2020–2023 Region 9 Governor

Vision Statement

If elected to the position of ASCE Region 9 Governor, my vision for my term is as follows:

  1. I will represent my Section (including Branches, YMF groups and Institutes) in a fair and balanced manner. I will pro-actively solicit feedback from all members of my Section through the various component groups and convey them to the Region 9 Board of Governors.
  2. I will work on collaborating and joining forces with other professional organizations, such as ACEC, APWA, ITE, WTS and CMAA on infrastructure related legislation which aligns with the other organizations.
  3. I will work on disseminating the results of the ASCE Infrastructure Report Card at the grass roots level to groups such as City Councils, Business Groups, Schools, Community Groups, and members of the public.
  4. I will work with active collaboration with the ASCE Region 9 Board of Governors and ASCE Society staff to support and forward all ASCE policies.
