Because PLD & URMD each will have two current Governors remaining on the Board for fiscal year 2021, PLD & URMD will be limited to 2 newly elected Governors. However, more than 2 candidates from these divisions can be included on the ballot if determined eligible by the Nominations and Elections Committee. For example, URMD may have 3 viable candidates for the election, and all three can be included on the ballot. However, only the top 2 in vote count would be eligible to be elected to the BOG, and the third place URMD candidate would be eliminated. SGD and UAMD are both eligible to have 3 newly elected Governors.

    ELIGIBILITY

    • For fiscal year 2021 BOG Candidates from all Divisions (PLD, SGD, UAMD, URMD) will be considered.
    • Candidates must have a current 2020 ASCE or UESI membership and in good standing for a period of at least one (1) year at the time of election.
    • President-elect Candidates shall be a voting Institute and Society member in good standing and shall have completed one (1) full term of service on the Board, prior to taking office as President-elect and meet all requirements of the UESI Bylaws, Section 6.02
