ASCE Chi Epsilon (ASCE-XE) payment terms and conditions

ASCE Chi Epsilon memberships are not officially registered until full payment is received. Payment must be made through an approved payment method. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to ASCE’s Chi Epsilon refund policy. No refunds will be issued for no shows. Transfers may be permitted upon written request prior to induction.

ASCE-XE Member Fees — Terms and Conditions

1. Payment and Confirmation
   ASCE-XE membership is not officially registered until full payment has been received by check, credit card, or purchase order and the individual has participated in the Chi Epsilon initiation ritual according to Chi Epsilon governing documents.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
   Cancellation of initiation ceremony requests must be submitted in writing to ASCE-XE by the published cancellation deadline (5 or more business days prior to the initiation ceremony). No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests unless approved by ASCE-XE. A $10.00 processing fee per individual will be deducted from all approved refunds.
3. No-Shows
   Members who do not participate in the Chi Epsilon initiation ritual after accepting their invitation are considered no shows. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for no shows unless ASCE-XE expressly states otherwise in writing. A $10.00 processing fee will be deducted from all approved refunds.
4. Transfers
   Fee transfers may be permitted at ASCE-XE’s discretion if requested in writing before the applicable deadline (5 or more business days prior to the initiation ceremony). The University will be charged for transfers that result in fulfillment of updated certificates.
5. Acceptance of Terms
   By submitting payment for an ASCE-XE membership fees, the University acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
