COVID-19 Policy Verification Form

ASCE requires that all in-person conference or event attendees provide documented proof of COVID-19 vaccination or proof of a negative PCR test taken 72 hours prior to arrival. Failure to provide documentation will result in denied entrance to the conference or event.
