Region 10 represents members outside of North America (USA, Canada, Mexico). Sections of the global Region 10 are formed at a country level to promote the technical and professional development of members through meetings, technical speakers and other activities, and the study of local engineering practices.

Region 10 Board of Governors oversee the operation of all the global Sections and Branches and assists the Society in governing its international members. The Board approves the creation of new Sections and Branches as well as proposed student group formations. The R10 Past Directors and Governors Council serves in an advisory role to the R10 Board of Governors.

ASCE’s Annual President’s Trip & R10 BoG Meeting 2026

ASCE’s annual trip, held June 7–13, 2026, strengthened ties with ASCE Sections, volunteer leaders, members, and sister societies in Singapore and Sri Lanka. In Singapore, the program included the Engineering Leadership & Resilient Infrastructure for Sustainable Cities workshop, a screening of Cities of the Future, and visits to movie locations. In Sri Lanka, activities included a visit to the Multimodal Transport Terminal Development construction project in Kandy, the annual in-person Region 10 Board of Governors meeting, and a membership event featuring leadership presentations and a celebration of Region 10’s 20th anniversary.
