The WSCLs provide an opportunity for student chapter leaders to network with fellow officers, ASCE younger members and regional leaders; learn more about the Society and the resources we provide; and receive personal leadership training.
Registration
Registration rate for students and Faculty Advisors is as follows
- Early Bird Rate: $150 through November 24th
- Regular Rate: $200 through December 15th
- Last-minute registrations can be made at the rate of $250 after December 15th by contacting [email protected]
Please note: Participating student chapters will receive a $500 travel stipend after the event.
Registration is only open to current ASCE members - make sure your membership is current before logging on.
ASCE membership is free for students, you can join or renew at Membership | ASCE
Registration Limit
Registration is limited to four attendees per Student Chapter (including students and advisors). We cannot guarantee space for all Student Chapters. There is an overall registration limit for the workshop, and once that limit is reached, registration will be closed. If you would like to put additional chapter members on a waiting list in case of extra space, please contact [email protected].
