Ahmed Mahgoub of Wood Environment & Infrastructure Solutions is a geostructural engineer with over 12 years of international consulting engineering experience; involved in all phases of design and review for various geotechnical projects. Ahmed completed his Ph.D. at Dalhousie University through industry-based research projects related to transportation-geotechnique and geotechnical-earthquake engineering. His experience related to geostructural engineering includes foundation design, design of retaining structures, Tunnelling Engineering, soil improvement, monitoring systems, finite element analysis, earthquake engineering and infrastructure projects.
