Donna Day is an expert in the application of sustainability to transportation infrastructure planning. She has more than 30 years of sustainable infrastructure planning with federal government and industry in Canada and with a regional agency in the U.S. Since 2007, Donna has been a Senior Project Manager in CH2M HILL’s Vancouver, British Columbia office. Her responsibilities include applying a sustainability focus to all types of transportation projects in Canada and the U.S, managing large transit planning projects, bringing best practices to transportation planning, and providing leadership for the firm’s transit-sector practice in Canada. Previously, she worked for the East-West Gateway Council of Governments (MPO) in St. Louis, MO as the Manager of Transportation Corridor Planning. She is a member of the Transportation Research Board’s Transportation and Sustainability Committee, and within CH2M HILL, represents the Transportation Business Group on the Enterprise Sustainability Leadership Board.
