Jim O'Dowd is a professional engineer with over 24 years of experience in water and wastewater consulting. He holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from University College Cork, Ireland.
Mr. O'Dowd is the current Chair of the ASCE Water Infrastructure Asset Management - Practical Data Analysis Committee within the Utility Infrastructure Asset Management Division. He has presented papers at national and international conferences with a primary focus on hydraulic modeling and asset management.
