Richard Miller is a structural engineer who has helped engineers prepare and pass the S.E. exam for over 5 years. His main research focus is on large scale testing of prestressed/precast concrete bridges with a focus on concrete materials. The results of Dr. Miller's research have been used to justify changes to the AASHTO LRFD Bridge Specifications. Between 1998 and 2007, he chaired the Prestressed/Precast High Performance Concrete Committee. He is a faculty member in the area of structural engineering and civil engineering materials at the University of Cincinnati. He is a registered professional engineer.
