Robert M. Roseen is the Principal of Waterstone Engineering PLLC, a small niche engineering consulting company specializing in the design, planning, and permitting for stormwater management and nutrient controls. He has over 20 years of experience in the design, testing, and implementation of innovative stormwater management. Robert was the Director of the University of New Hampshire Stormwater Center from 2004–2012, and specializes in the practice, policy, and planning of green infrastructure and low impact development. Robert chaired ASCE's Environmental and Water Resource Institute (EWRI) International Low Impact Development Conference in 2016.
