Russell H. Davies, P.E., is Principal at AVRO Consult Engineering, P.C. in New York. Mr. Davies has 30-years’ experience designing and investigating exterior enclosure systems including architectural and structural glass projects. Mr. Davies received his Bachelor of Science from Northeastern University in 1993 and his Master of Architecture from Yale University in 1999.
