Antoine Chemali is a Lead Construction Expert with a large engineering firm specializing in marine and heavy civil construction management. Mr. Chemali earned his B.SC. in Civil Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and M.SC. in Civil Engineering from Concordia University, Montreal, Canada. He began his career as a field engineer with a general contractor and worked his way up to estimator, project manager, and operations manager. After 22 years of at risk construction, Mr. Chemali's career path shifted toward construction management consulting on behalf of project owners.

His 30 years of construction portfolio includes local and international experience in heavy civil construction. He supervised award winning projects and performed lead roles on large programs such the Port of Long Beach Middle Harbor Redevelopment Program ($1.5 Billion), the Port of Los Angeles Main Channel Deepening Project ($500 Million), and the Los Angeles World Airports South Airfield Improvement Program ($350 Million). His international experience includes $1.2 Billion 2400 MW power plant and $230 Million design-build industrial and residential complexes in Saudi Arabia. Tony has also managed bridges, highways, and marine construction projects. His expertise includes planning and execution of work, value engineering, claims avoidance and negotiations, risk management, design-build and other alternative delivery methods.

Mr. Chemali is a California registered Professional Engineer (PE), Certified Construction Manager (CCM), and a licensed General Contractor "A" General Engineering (inactive). Mr. Chemali has been an instructor at the UCLA Extension Program since 2006.
