His modeling experience includes river and reservoir hydraulic and sedimentation studies for flood risk management, emergency action planning, environmental restoration, sand and gravel mining impacts, and bridge and pipeline crossing design/analysis.
Mr. Teal earned his BS in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and his MS in Civil and Environmental Engineering (Hydraulics) from the University of Iowa. He has taught HEC-RAS courses since 1997 throughout the U.S. and internationally, including Spanish language courses in Latin America.
