Utility Engineering & Surveying Certification Board
Purpose:
The Utility Engineering & Surveying Certification Board (UESCB) administers the Board-Certified Pipeline Engineer-Water (BC.PLW) and the Board-Certified Project Utility Engineer (BC.PUE) certification programs. The UESCB Board has fiduciary responsibilities to maintain their specialty area Bodies of Knowledge, develop and implement operating procedures aligned with CEC bylaws and rules, and oversee application reviews and examinations of board-certification candidates.
