Utility Engineering & Surveying Certification Board
Purpose:
The Utility Engineering & Surveying Certification Board (UESCB) administers the Board-Certified Pipeline Engineer-Water (BC.PLW) certification program. The UESCB Board has fiduciary responsibilities to maintain their specialty area Body of Knowledge, develop and implement operating procedures aligned with CEC bylaws and rules, and oversee application reviews and examinations of board-certification candidates.
