Public Policy and Practice Committee

The Public Policy and Practice Committee has the following constituent committees:

• Committee on America's Infrastructure
  Charge: Coordinate all activities related to the Report Card on America’s Infrastructure.
• Committee on Anticorruption and Ethical Practice
  Charge: The Committee on Anticorruption and Ethical Practice shall develop and promote resources to educate members on the ethical practice of engineering and equip members with knowledge and tools to combat corruption in the global community.
• Committee on Licensure
  Charge: Promote the licensure of civil engineers, collaborate with others involved in professional licensure, and monitor, support, and encourage licensure activities.
• Energy, Environment and Water Policy Committee
  Charge: Develop and maintain ASCE policies related to the areas of energy, environment and water.
• Engineering Practice Policy Committee
  Charge: Develop and maintain ASCE policies related to the area of engineering practice.
• Infrastructure and Research Policy Committee
  Charge: Develop and maintain ASCE policies related to the areas of infrastructure and research.
• State Government Relations and Grassroots Committee
  Charge: Assist ASCE’s local units and individual members with programs to effectively participate in legislative activities that are of significance to the civil engineering profession.
• Transportation Policy Committee
  Charge: Develop and maintain ASCE policies related to the area of transportation.
