Committee on Workforce and Education

The Committee on Workforce and Education has the following constituent committees:

• Committee on Advancing Accreditation
  Charge: Develop and implement all activities related to ASCE’s participation in ABET accreditation to prepare a future-ready civil engineering workforce.
• Committee on Career Advancement
  Charge: Support civil engineering team members in achieving professional growth by providing resources, programs, and guidance for career development, leadership, licensure, and lifelong learning.
• Committee on Career Pathways and Pipelines
  Charge: Advance the development and coordination of outreach programs and resources that broaden pipelines, pathways, and access to the profession.
• Committee on Developing Faculty Excellence
  Charge: Create and implement programs to foster the development and advancement of engineering and technology faculty as effective educators.
