Drought is a way of life here in California, and climate change means that dry years are becoming more common. Towey will discuss how EBMUD’s long-term planning has positioned it to respond to current and future water supply challenges. She will provide an overview of the agency’s drought management program and talk about the new programs and tools EBMUD is developing to respond to droughts.
