This webinar will focus on the risks inherent in projects involving multi-million dollar residences. It will examine how certain risks are enlarged on these projects, as well as how they might be mitigated, utilizing examples from actual claims.

Members will learn strategies for mitigating the risks involved in these types of projects, including:

  1. how and why to evaluate the other parties involved;
  2. the importance of clearly defining your scope of services in writing and the value of other contract provisions;
  3. how to document and respond to requests for changes in the design; and
  4. how the engineer’s and other parties’ insurance coverage can affect attempts to resolve both concerns and claims.
