Emily Clifton is an Environmental Planner and Scientist with over 15 years of experience. She has an M.S. in Environmental Science and a Masters in Public Affairs from Indiana University. She also has a B.A. in Business Administration and a B.A in Philosophy from Austin College. Emily leads the Low Impact Development Center’s effort on Green Infrastructure. She has provided leadership on design manuals, training, outreach efforts, research, and plan development and review. She has worked in the Washington, D.C. area to protect the Chesapeake Bay watershed since 2002.
