G. Allen Bowers, Jr., Ph.D, P.E., M.ASCE has been in the world of geotechnical engineering for over a decade with experience in consulting and government contracting before joining Geopier. He has an extensive background in ground improvement design, soil-structure interaction, geo-structural design, and utilizing finite element analysis to estimate system performance and behavior. He currently serves as the commercial and engineering leader for all Geopier projects in the eastern US and Canada. Dr. Bowers holds B.S., M.S., and PhD Degrees in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech.
