Kenneth C. Kerr has over 23 years of experience in Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE), Utility Infrastructure Mapping, engineering design, planning, and project management.
Mr. Kerr currently serves on the ASCE standard 38-02 for the collection and depiction of subsurface utility data committee. Mr. Kerr also serves as the Vice Chair of the Subsurface Utility Engineering and Investigation Committee of the ASCE Utility Engineering & Survey Institute.
