Kimball J. Beasley is a structural engineer with Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates, Inc. Mr. Beasley has extensive experience in investigation and repair design for failures of facades and structural elements in both historic and contemporary buildings. Over his 42-year career he has investigated more than 1,800 failures and performance problems. He also has experience with monitoring and diagnostic testing of building elements to evaluate failure causes and compliance with Codes and performance requirements. Mr. Beasley frequently testifies as an expert witness at trial, mediation, and arbitration. He has authored over 40 articles, technical papers, and book chapters for various journals and publications. He serves on the Forensic Investigations Committee of ASCE's Technical Council on Forensic Engineering. Mr. Beasley is a registered P.E. in ten states.
