Kyle Cook is a Senior Transportation Engineer in the Utah office of Fehr & Peers. He has over 10 years of experience involving planning and design of transportation infrastructure. With experience that ranges from city bicycle master plans to intersection-level construction documents, he approaches planning and design with a clear understanding of bicycle and pedestrian elements, traffic operations, wayfinding, and intersection control. He has developed construction documents using standards established by numerous agencies, and frequently uses guidance developed by AASHTO, FHWA, ITE, and NACTO.

Kyle has a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Utah and is a licensed professional engineering in Utah. He is an active member in the Utah ITE Chapter and has previously served in leadership roles with the ASCE Utah Younger Member Forum.
