Matthew C. Lesh joined the Transportation mission group of Noblis in February 2015. He is currently supporting several Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and Intelligent Transportation Systems Joint Program Office (ITS JPO) programs including Accessible Transportation Technologies Research Initiative (ATTRI) and Mobility on Demand (MOD). Mr. Lesh is the vice-chair of the Automated Transit Committee of the Transportation Research Board and has experience providing professional presentations and briefings to all levels of government and industry. Previously, Mr. Lesh spent nearly nine years at the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) where he focused on program management and mobility innovation including the management of FTA's Transit Investments for Greenhouse Gas and Energy Reduction Program. Additionally, Mr. Lesh worked on several other policy related issues across USDOT including pedestrian and bicycle access and safety issues. Matthew has a BA in International Studies from Butler University and MA in Transportation Policy, Operations & Logistics from George Mason University.
