Robert Kluger is currently an assistant professor in the department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Louisville. He teaches statics, field measurements, and transportation planning and urban development. He also actively conducts research in transportation engineering and is an active member of several TRB committees/subcommittees. Dr. Kluger received his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia in 2016.
