Rod Thornhill has 37 years of experience in wastewater collection system condition assessment, including field investigation, flow monitoring, modeling, CCTV inspection, and planning. He is currently the Project Manager for the Fort Worth Water Department's Interceptor Condition Assessment Program (ICAP) and has to date reviewed more than 136 miles of multi-sensor inspection data. He was Chairman of the NASSCO group that developed the Pipeline Assessment and Certification Program (PACP) completed in 2002. He wrote several chapters of the PACP Manual and PACP Training modules. He also developed the original Manhole Assessment and Certification Program (MACP) Manual and Training modules. He received a BSCE degree from Auburn University and is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.
