Steve Loo, P.E. has 28 years of engineering experience including public works infrastructure management, study ; design of local and major thoroughfares and repair, rehabilitation ; reconstruction of roadway and drainage systems. He served 4 years in the U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps maintaining infrastructure at Naval/Marine Corps bases. Next, he spent over 18 years with the Harris County Engineering Department designing ; managing in-house and consultant designed infrastructure projects. Currently, he is with the City of Houston managing the Street ; Bridge Asset Management Section which provides pavement condition scores for streets, a Pavement Management Information System and planned maintenance for streets and bridges.
