Refunds and returns

ASCE merchandise return policy

Our products can be returned within 14 days of purchase date if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and do not include shipping and handling charges unless the return is the result of a manufacturing defect or shipping error. Please allow two weeks for returns to be processed.

Items will not receive a refund when:

• Items are returned damaged (that are not manufacturer defects).
• Items are missing parts or are not in re-sellable condition.
• Items are returned after more than 14 days from the purchase date.
• Shipment is refused upon delivery.
• An incorrect shipping address is provided.
• Items are not received on time because the wrong shipping method is chosen by the customer.
• Items have been worn, used, or altered in any way.
• We also will not issue refunds or returns for Dream Big educational DVD purchases.

We reserve the right to refuse a return/refund if the guidelines above have not been met.

Books and CDs

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it undamaged within 30 days (90 days for international orders) for a full refund, exchange, or credit of your publication purchase price. If your return is due to our error, we also refund the shipping costs.

Digital content (downloads, ebooks, and pay-per-view)

ASCE Digital Content is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Face-to-face seminars

Cancellations must be made in writing via email or fax and must include:

• Registrant's name
• Confirmation number
• Name/date of the seminar

If you cancel seven business days or less prior to the seminar start date; no refund, credit, or personal transfers will be issued.

You may transfer your registration to another registrant with no penalty up until the day of the seminar.

No credits, refunds, or personal transfers will be issued for no shows.

If ASCE must cancel a seminar due to insufficient enrollment, your registration fee will be refunded in full. ASCE is not responsible for non-refundable expenses such as airfare, hotels, transfer fees, or any other expenses associated with a cancellation.

Live webinars

ASCE will not honor any cancellation or refund request made later than two business days prior to the airdate of a Webinar; No-shows will not be refunded or transferred.

The site license does not permit multiple logins or phone connections from your site for transmission to any other site. If you have several sites, you must register and pay separately for each site.

Pre-recorded (on-demand) content

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund, exchange, or credit on your purchase price.

Returns are only accepted if you have not already received Continuing Education Credits (CEUs) for the item and must be made in writing via email or fax and must include registrant's name and confirmation number.
