Civil Engineering magazine speaks with the engineers behind the CGI in Cities of the Future.

Cities of the Future, the new IMAX movie produced by MacGillivray Freeman Films, in partnership with ASCE, shows us the world of tomorrow in stunning computer-generated imagery. But behind the visionary visuals are realistic engineering principles and plans for buildings, transportation systems, renewable energy, and other aspects of life in an ultramodern mega city.

In this panel discussion, Civil Engineering magazine introduces the engineers who helped inspire and guide the CGI artists in creating this fantastic — and thoroughly believable — look at our urban future.
