Andrew Perez is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. Mr. Perez is a project manager with Kennedy/Jenks Consultants with a focus on wastewater collections and treatment as well as utility management. He has worked for several consulting firms and several public agencies and has over 22 years of engineering experience.

Mr. Perez is a professional engineer and licensed wastewater treatment plant operator in Washington. He has designed and managed numerous pumping station and pumping systems associated with water and wastewater. He also has over 17 years of hands-on pumping experience working with operations and maintenance staff on systems up to 120 MGD in capacity. His experience includes design, construction, start-up, troubleshooting, asset management, and reliability.

Mr. Perez is a board member for the Pacific Northwest Clean Water Association (PNCWA), a member association of WEF. He has presented at numerous conferences as well as assisted with wastewater operator certification programs. He is a member of PNCWA, WEF and has been an instructor with the ASCE Continuing Education Division since 2018.
