Bhaskar C. S. Chittoori, Ph.D., P.E., is an Associate Professor and Chair of Civil Engineering at Boise State University. He has over thirteen years of experience in Geotechnical Engineering. He has authored or co-authored over 90 technical papers related to Geotechnical Engineering has advised several masters and PhD students. He is currently associate editor for Journal of Materials in Civil Engineering and Transportation Research Record. He also serves as the chair for the ASCE Sustainability in geotechnical engineering committee.
