Brian Kehoe is a licensed Structural Engineer with Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates, Inc. He has more than 30 years of experience in the evaluation of existing buildings and the design of repairs and strengthening of existing buildings. He has worked on a broad range of buildings, from small, wood frame buildings to sports arenas and industrial buildings.
Mr. Kehoe has investigated damaged caused by more than a dozen damaging earthquakes, both in the United States and in several countries. He is actively involved in the development of guidelines for seismic evaluation of existing buildings, including ASCE 31, ASCE 41, and FEMA 154. He was also involved in the development of recommendations for evaluation and repair of earthquake-damaged buildings.
