Dr. Yepes-Heredia is currently as an assistant professor of civil engineering in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Wilkes University, Wilkes-Barre, PA. Dr. Yepes previously served as a full-time lecturer at Missouri University of Science and Technology, as a visiting faculty at Washington State University, as a postdoctoral scholar and fellow of University of Kentucky and Texas A&M University, and as a STEM graduate teaching assistant for the University of Texas at Arlington. Dr. Yepes earned a doctorate in civil engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington, as well as a master's degree in geotechnical engineering and a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the National University of Colombia.
