Dr. Kenneth R. Mika, DBA, PE, F.ASCE, is a Client Manager and Central Region Area Manager with Tetra Tech, based in Ashwaubenon, Wisconsin. With 18 years of experience, he leads complex civil, environmental, and geotechnical infrastructure projects across the Central Region. He holds BS and MS degrees in Engineering from the University of Wisconsin–Platteville and a Doctor of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from Edgewood College, where his research explored how leadership communication shapes trust and cultural integration during organizational acquisitions.

A Board-Certified Geotechnical Engineer and licensed Professional Engineer in ten states, Dr. Mika is recognized as a Fellow of the American Society of Civil Engineers for his leadership and technical contributions. His work spans site investigation, remedial and geotechnical design, construction management, and major construction programs. He is an active leader within ASCE, WEDA, and Tetra Tech, frequently speaking on communication, leadership, and psychological safety in engineering environments. He integrates deep technical expertise with organizational leadership insight to deliver defensible solutions and foster collaborative, high-performing teams.
