Thomas T. Burke Jr is the head of the Water Resources Department at the Rosemont office of Christopher B. Burke Engineering, Ltd. where he oversees a staff of 23 water resources engineers. He has over 20 years of consulting experience. His professional experience includes hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, feasibility studies, FEMA floodplain and floodway map revisions, stormwater master plans and watershed studies and writing stormwater ordinances and technical guidance manuals. He has been involved with and ASCE at a local and regional level where he served as resident of the IL Section and Region 3 Governor. He has taught numerous hydrologic and hydraulic modeling seminars and he has co‐authored several books and manuals on stormwater.
