ASCE has honored Kevin F. McMullen, Ph.D., A.M.ASCE, and Arash E. Zaghi, Ph.D., P.E., with the 2021 Raymond C. Reese Research Prize for their paper “Experimental Evaluation of Full-Scale Corroded Steel Plate Girders Repaired with UHPC,” published in the April 2020 issue of the Journal of Bridge Engineering.
